We recently worked with Refractiv to implement a move from our traditional Microsoft Exchange server and its associated products to Google Apps, Gmail etc. It required a quantum leap in my IT understanding but Refractiv were confident and assured in their advice and implementation both before during and now after. Add to that a seemless migration of our contacts from BCM to Capsule and we are now far more streamlined and effective in dealing with our customers than we have ever been. Every important e-mail linked to contacts, documents available to share for colleagues to work on at the same time. No more massive file attachments. Best of all no reliance on our server which was forever giving us headaches and costing a substantial sum in maintenance contracts and down time.

We run a small business but rely heavily on I.T. and the internet. Refractiv suggested the change to Google Apps and knowing the company I went along with their advice. No disruption to any applications, can pick up mail anywhere I am and can share documents with colleagues and clients alike. Not liking change too much I particularly liked the way that I could continue to use the Outlook interface as though nothing had moved on. All this and cheaper too!!!

Kings Manor Enterprises
As a non-technical person I really wanted a simple solution that meant all my emails would come to all of my devices (iPhone, iPad, Laptop etc) and things I did on one device were carried out on all the others (contact updates, calendars, sent items etc) without me having to do anything. Refractiv suggested Google Apps and for the price quoted, with a huge mailbox size, I didn't quite believe it would work. I am pleased to say it works really well, and the transition from my old system was easy, quick and painless. Well done to the support guys who did the job.

Seamless transition from Hosted Exchange Server
I was a bit sceptical regarding whether it would be possible to have equivalent or better service from Google Apps than I got from a hosted Exchange Server solution - at about one quarter of the cost per seat. I was wrong - it was painless and works very well with much larger mailbox sizes, gives all the flexibility I need in terms of control panel facilities and a host of additional features such as document sharing. Refractiv made the task simple. First class!

Very creative plus excellent service
We have worked with Refractiv for 18 months now, most recently on a large development project for one of our clients - a private cloud application delivered on a 24/7 basis to a sales force numbering over 150. It was extremely complex, involved multiple changes to the original brief and tight deadlines - despite these challenges Refractiv remained creative about their solution and committed to delivering the project on budget. We are now managing the cloud application for our client and Refractiv have continued to deliver creative solutions to ongoing improvements we have made and been asked to make.

I was not personally fond of gMail for work, however I have to say that with the support of Refractiv it works better than depending on the service from our internal email server ever did.

Refractiv : Google Apps roll-out
As a newly formed group of companies (3 separate organisations across the UK) Refractiv introduced us to GoogleApps as a method of sharing documents and working collaboratively between the companies on joint bids, projects and financial review meetings. The guys at Refractiv gave us good straightforward demonstrations, sound advice and implemented our requirements quickly and efficiently.
