By Car (From the M6 - Sat Nav B7 4BB) Innovation Birmingham Campus is easily reached by car from the M6 Motorway. Leave at Jct 6 (Spaghetti Junction) and follow the signs for the A38(M) Birmingham City Centre. The A38(M) operates a tidal flow system. Cars should stay in the lanes with Green arrows. Pass the first junction for Perry Barr and leave at the next Junction which is marked as the Ring Road. At the island at the top of the slip road take the 2nd exit as if you were re-joining the A38 (M) into Birmingham. Holt Street is the 2nd turning left (about 150 yards) You will see a large Aston Science Park Sign on the corner of the road . Once into Holt Street the second turning left is Love Lane (first left is shown on maps as Enterprise Way but this is currently closed off) Access to the underground car park in on the right beneath the building. There is no visitor parking on the outside Podium
Car parking "on-street" is already fully utilised during the week. The nearest public cark park to the site is Faraday Wharf, which is not fully utilised and has capacity. Other car parks within a 10 minute walk of the site include Millennium Point and the NCP car parks in Dale End. There is a small car park at Richard Street, but spaces are very limited.
From New Street Station: from the main concourse, go up the escalators into the Pallasades shopping centre and at the top turn left and follow the exit signs. Proceed down the ramp towards the junction of New Street and Corporation Street (HSBC will be on your right), cross over into Corporation Street and proceed up the hill. Pass House of Fraser on the left. Keep going until you reach Old Square (Statue of Tony Hancock) and cross Old Square to continue onto Corporation Street (Tesco on Right). Head down Corporation Street (Law Courts on left) until you reach a large pedestrianised area at the bottom where the road continues sharp left. Turn right onto the pedestrianised area and head towards the crossing across the James Watt Queensway (you will see Aston University in front of you). Over the crossing turn left and head towards Aston Street. Turn right into Aston Street. After about 100 yards you will come to a roundabout with the main Aston University building on the left and Aston Business School in front of you. Go between the two buildings. Following the business school to your right you will see a pub in front (the Sacks of Potatoes); follow the road down the right hand side of the pub. This is Lister Street. The Junction with Holt Street is about 50 yards. Faraday Wharf will be in front of you. Walking time - twenty minutes. A cab from New Station main entrance (to the right of the concourse escalators) will take 5-10 mins
From Snow Hill Station: exit the station directly onto Colmore Row, turn left and cross the square (The Wesleyan on the left) to Steelhouse Lane. Continue down Steelhouse Lane until you reach the bottom where the road turns sharply right. There is a pedestrianised area in front of you. Cross and follow the same directions from James Watt Queensway above. Walk Time about 10 mins.
From Moor Street Station: exit the station and turn right onto Moor Street Queensway. Follow the road until you reach a junction with Birmingham Metropolitan College in front of you on the left hand side of the road. Cross over and continue on this road (Jennens Road). Keep walking until you see a pub on the left (the Black Horse); turn left here into Woodcock Street. Follow Woodcock street until it turns sharply right (the Sacks of Potatoes is in front of you). This is now Lister Street and the junction with Holt Street is about 50 yards. Faraday Wharf is front of you to the left. Walk Time about 15 mins.
