Richard Atkinson, Chief Operations Officer

Prior to founding Sandford Technology, Richard was the Director of Professional Services at Authoriszor Inc., a NASDAQ-listed security and services company with offices in the UK and US. He was responsible for pre-sales, consultancy and training as well as strategic alliances and partnerships, patents and licensing. Richard has 22 years general management and consultancy experience in IT and is experienced in new ventures and acquisitions activity. He is Chief Operations Officer at Refractiv.

Ian Weatherhogg, Chief Technical Officer

A computer science graduate and internet evangelist, Ian has 18 years experience owning and managing IT services and product development companies, bringing to market a number of ‘web-only’ software products and components. In addition to responsibility for Refractiv’s technical strategy, Ian is a primary consultant and trusted adviser for a number of our clients.
